Job Description
Provide technology advisory expertise for HR transformations, including driving HR technology assessments, developing a HR technology roadmap, driving technology selections, and infusing innovations into digital HR transformations (e.g. RPA/AI).          
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience with end-to-end HR implementations
Minimum 5 years working with one of the main SaaS HR solutions (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
Minimum 5 years experience working with other HR/Talent technologies
Bachelor’s degree required
 
Preferred Skills
Understanding of HR data and analytics
Understanding of HR processes as they relate to technology enablement
