This position is in our Client and Market career path in Management Consulting in the Human Capital Practice on a Federal client. Accenture has been contracted to perform all the recruit and hiring functions for this particular agency where we hire 8,000-10,000 hires per year across the country. This position will oversee the recruitment strategy team’s day-to-day activities while acting as a trusted advisor to each of the business unit leads by providing insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall achievement of business objectives. The successful candidate will explore and implement practices that allow the agency to attract "best in class" talent. Critical to achieving success in this role is the ability to build strong business relationships and deliver results in a rapidly changing and evolving environment. The candidate should possess a passion for sourcing, marketing and innovative recruitment techniques, excellent project management skills, superb communication, digital marketing experience, past recruitment and HR experience, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. The candidate’s core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to: 1) Partnering with key executives, leaders, and stakeholders to provide leadership and guidance around sourcing/recruitment planning


As the Recruitment Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Develop agile, iterative strategies for implementing project work, opportunities and/or recommendations with limited supervisor support with guidance.
  • Constantly bring new tools, ideas, and thought leadership to clients.
  • Lead small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
  • Effectively leverage direct Accenture supervisor to help mitigate risks and resolve complex challenges before they become issues.
  • Collaboratively co-create an HR and Recruitment Strategy for the client organization.
  • Deliver flexible, fit-for-purpose Recruiting Operating Models to meet the client’s unique business needs and culture goals.
  • Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
  • Ideate with clients to identify and analyze complex business challenges and to position Accenture’s capabilities in the Human Resources Management area.
  • Assist in building a Recruitment Strategy informed by Accenture leading practices and the latest thought leadership.
  • Contribute to effort to define and implement to-be HR organization processes and a strategy to leverage Digital HR & Workday/Success factors/Oracle.
  • Use agile methods to deliver value quickly to the client.
  • Implement part of an end-to-end Recruitment initiatives (from ideation to sustain) in an agile, iterative way.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Digital Recruitment Marketing strategies and Social Media Recruiting Tools.
  • 3 years in scoping and delivering Recruiting services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Federal recruitment experience.
  • 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Employee Experience Lifecycle, Human Centric Design, People Insights & Performance, HR Strategy, Digital HR & and development, recruitment or workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of innovative work styles such as Design Thinking or similar methods for driving creative thought.
  • Compelling storyteller.
  • Experience as part of a thriving virtual team.
  • Understanding of industry/workforce trends and drivers for Government clients.
  • Understanding of program design, development and administration of HR and Recruiting processes.
  • Experience with digital tools such as HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and HR and Recruiting Analytics.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
