Job Description
Learning and Collaboration professionals design and develop learning and collaboration strategies including courses and curricula as well as tools that focus on innovation and rapid content sharing.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Serves as an intermediate level professional, focusing on the analysis, design and development of high quality, effective learning solutions using a variety of media
  • Supports team members in establishing and maintaining the highest educational standards, often working under difficult deadlines and heavy workloads with only general supervision
  • Consistently demonstrate skills which exemplify current industry knowledge, proficiency and speed, project management, communication, quality, attention to detail, and experience applying theory to wide range of training projects.
  • Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture
  • Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of other.
    Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 3 additional years of work experience in communications, teaching, or public relations
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project support and/or management. This includes a basic working knowledge of standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers
  • Excellent research skills (knowing your resources and knowing how to use them)
  • Excellent computer skills (typing, working in Windows applications, etc.)
  • Project management; managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Excellent organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 Suite, Visio, Project, Acrobat Professional X, SnagIt. Additional, preferred skills include: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (Presenter, Photoshop, InDesign, InCopy)
  • Ability to assess user needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
