The Technical Program Consultant is responsible for managing strategic initiatives or programs; applying Program Management best practices for governance, metrics & reporting, and daily delivery.

Provide Technology Advisory services to clients on using program management (agile) frameworks and value realization best practices to drive and align strategic program roadmaps to deliver business objectives.

 

Industry Applications-CMT professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique Communications, Media and Technology industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

 

CMT-Industry Applications professionals analyze, design, build, test and deploy innovative Communications, Media and Technology industry-specific solutions that enable industry standards and processes.

  • Minimum 2 years of Complex Delivery Experience (client & partner alignment, development of project plans, effort estimation, scope/change management, impact assessment, issue & risk management, escalation & communication, vendor management, on/offshore team management, program and executive status reporting)

  • Minimum 2 of Complex Program Governance (define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee)

  • Minimum 2 of Agile Program Management (backlog creation/grooming/prioritization, sprint delivery lead, DevOps, test automation, Agile metrics, Rally, ScrumMaster or Agile coach)

  • Minimum 2  of Program Metrics & Reporting (KPI definition, establish performance targets, metrics/reporting architecture, dashboard design and creation, measurement/tracking, trend analysis)

 

Preferred Certifications:

 

Certified SAFe Agilist, ScrumMaster
