Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

Job Description

Business Operations Management professionals ensure that business operations -- all key activities involved in running the entity or enterprise are efficient and effective.


  • Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work, and drive the people management activities within the team to meet performance goals
  • Monitor overall performance of services and identify implement opportunities to improve
  • Focus on improving processes through Lean Six Sigma practices and automation
  • Manage the team targets and suggest ways to improve the reporting architecture, systems, execution, and delivery
  • Report and communicate team targets, progress and any action plans to both Accenture Leadership and clients
  • Create Monthly Service Performance report and present to client
  • Prepare monthly performance report and communicate status of team

Basic Qualifications


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum of 2+ years Program/Project Management Experience 
  • Minimum of 2+ years Reporting Creation and Delivery Experience 
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experiene
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Client Relationship Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecom Industry Experience 
  • Six Sigma Experience 
Professional Skill Requirements

  • Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
