Job Description

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:


Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

What Will I Do in This Position?
 
As an Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:
The Sales Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the Oracle Sales Cloud solution including alignment with business processes, technical architect, change management, and user experience. Primary responsibilities will be focused on defining the solution, driving client workshops, and managing the technical worksteam.  The candidate will need to be client-facing and can serve as a subject matter expert for key capabilities such as:  Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience

- Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud

 

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.

  • - Ability to manage teams and processes globally.
  • - Excellent problem solving skills.
  • - Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • - Ability to travel Monday - Thursday on a weekly basis
