What Will I Do in This Position?
As part of our Software Engineering professionals work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture or our clients. The Test Automation Sr Analyst, with a future-focused mindset, provide technical leadership and strategic direction. They transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity . They evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Testing professionals utilize Accenture delivery assets to plan and implement testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure solution quality before deployment.


Test Automation professionals provide specialized expertise in test automation using commercially available functional test tools. Apply Accenture recommended test automation framework and best practices.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
• Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation.
• Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture.
• Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
• Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
• Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 year of Test Automation experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation Framework Development required (Using Java or C#)
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following required (for each category):
o Tools/Frameworks: Selenium Webdriver, Appium, RestAssured, Karate, Citrus
o BDD: Cucumber, SpecFlow
o Test Structure/Runner: jUnit, TestNG, nUnit, msUnit
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in participating in testing activities such as Test data setup, test execution, defect reporting & communication of status/metrics
• Minimum 1 years experience with Continuous Integration, including two of the following build/deploy/version control tools:
o Jenkins
o Maven
o Git, Mercurial, Subversion
o Bamboo
• Ability to meet travel requirement - Monday through Friday 100%
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience
