Program & Project Management Manager (Multiple Positions)  


Program & Project Management Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Support the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or our clients. Support safety applications by identifying and resolving production issues related to performance, user experience, and technical errors in Oracle Argus implementation. Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment. Create and execute project plan for safety report development, including designing, reviewing, implementing, and ensuring high quality and validation compliance. Coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Create and present governance metrics report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.  


· Of the required experience: 2 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing COGNOS, Oracle Reports, and OBIEE; and, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Cloud-based drug safety warehouses including data warehousing and data integration tools including Informatica and Oracle LSH; and, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Life sciences pharmacovigilance and drug safety business and IT processes, including Oracle Argus and Argus Mart; managing report design and development teams in building standard and custom drug safety reports that support the needs of life sciences medical reviewers and regulatory agencies; and, application support processes for problem and incident management for life sciences drug safety application environments, including managing teams that provide level 2 and level 3 support services for drug safety applications including Oracle Argus Mart and RxLogix PV Reports. 

· Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
