Data Management Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)
Responsibilities:
Data Management Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D, clinical research, and database management to assure delivery for clinical data management activities performed by global team for Accenture or our clients. Design and validate clinical databases. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Analyze clinical data metrics to assess status and identify trends. Assess process and technology challenges and propose solutions for continuous improvement. Ensure adequate preparation for internal and external database and data management audits. Monitor work productivity and quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Provide guidance and coaching to team members to deliver results according to client expectations. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Biotechnology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the pharmaceutical industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Of the required experience: 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing Oracle Clinical, Inform and/or Central Designer tool to design, test, and build clinical trial databases; working in a global team environment; and, as a contributing team member for a pharmaceutical clinical R&D team; and, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing Oracle Clinical and Inform in clinical data cleaning and data finalization activities; and, clinical project management related to planning for clinical data management tasks and timelines.

· Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
