The Accenture Technology practice is seeking an SAP Operational Sales Support Team Member to assist regional SAP practice leaders in planning and facilitating in market sales growth activities as well as analyzing, reporting and monitoring the business. This individual will be responsible for all elements of sales & pipeline reporting and analysis, assessing business performance and driving operational efficiencies. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for coordinating in market growth initiatives, including – regional enablement sessions, leadership briefings and joint account planning sessions. The position will work with multiple Accenture executive stakeholders supporting the SAP business, such as SAP Practice Leaders, SAP Regional Leaders, Business Development, Market Development, Marketing, and Operations. In addition, this role will interface directly with SAP teams in the coordination of joint business activities. As such, this individual must have strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams, and the ability to balance multiple initiatives at one time. Responsibilities: 

Key responsibilities for the SAP Operational Sales Support – 
Role Profile: 
•,Sales & Pipeline Reporting: o,Evolve and enhance regional reporting processes to monitor existing sales, pipeline and sales conversion activities 
,Prepare materials to conduct bi-weekly regional sales review calls with cross functional sales teams 
,Prepare reports and materials for quarterly business reviews (internal + joint with SAP) 
,Manage the status of pipeline from pre-stage 0 through close, with ability to synthesize account updates and develop concise leadership updates o,Retain view of regional go-lives, and coordinate with global operations team to retain a holistic view of Accenture implementations o,Ad-hoc sales analysis (as required by Regional SAP business leaders) 
•,Sales Record Quality Assurance: o,Work with account teams to ensure opportunities are tagged correctly in MMS per coding guidelines •,Regional Growth Initiatives: 
,Plan and schedule in market demand generation and sales origination activities: such as, Accenture & SAP offering briefings, enablement sessions and events.  
,Schedule joint account planning activities between Accenture and SAP for priority accounts 
,Monitor account updates as a part of pipeline reporting process •,Sales Enablement Support: 
,Work with regional Accenture SAP leadership and global Sales Enablement team to develop win stories, harvest credentials and facilitate other marketing and enablement activities
•,Professional experience in sales planning, sales systems/tools, operations, program development, market development or leadership support function OR •,Alternate profile includes SAP practitioners with interest in learning and seeing a new facet of the Accenture SAP business 
•,Deep experience in Microsoft Office Suite required (advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint mandatory)  
•,Ability to conduct creative analysis of sales data and synthesize results in to actionable deliverables, messages and presentations. Ability to create both executive and operational level reports 
•,Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams 
•,Highly organized, ability to multi-task and ability to work across dynamic and changing priorities 
•,Entrepreneurial mind set, self-starter style and ability to drive outcomes*
•,Experience in Accenture MMS Tool •,Experience in multiple organizational functions such as planning, forecasting, organizational development, operations, systems implementations, etc. 
•,Professional experience in sales planning, sales systems/tools, operations, or strategic programs
