  • Ensure that agency software development teams are aware of changes and upgrades of the DevOps environment by managing all the available interaction channels.
  • Distribute messages to executive levels and technical staff, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials for the capabilities the DevOps environment has to offer.
  • Interact with external customers across the IC to represent the DevOps environment to various stakeholders.
  • Enhance, mature and maintain a web presence for the DevOps environment with relevant content (notifications, user and reference guides, FAQs, etc).
  • Define and implement success KPIs and measures.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • College degree (B.A.) in Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; 8+ years' related experience.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in driving culture change and technology adoption through communications, training, marketing and other workforce engagement strategies.
  • Minimum of two years managing senior client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with DevOpsSec methodology.
  • Graphic design and UI/UX development experience.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
