Position Title:
Test Automation Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)
Test Automation Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function by evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation for Accenture or our clients. Understand and implement testing automation best practices. Develop and build reusable testing frameworks to effectively find classes and defects. Write unit tests to define the functionality before the code is written. Enable non-technical users to create automated business test cases by leveraging an automation modular approach. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


· Of the required experience: 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing at least three (3) of the following Testing Automation tools: UFT (Unified Functional Tester), RFT (Rational Functional Tester), Selenium, Cucumber, or READY API; and, utilizing at least two (2) of the following Programming Languages: VB Scripting, Java Scripts, Groovy, or Gherkin; and, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing the following Test Management tools: QC (Quality Center), RQM (Rational Quality Manager), and JIRA; and, utilizing the defect management tool CQ (Clear Quest).

· Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
