Job Description

Industry Applications-PRD professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique PRODUCTS industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Responsibilities of the Infor EAM Technical Lead include:  

  • Implement systems to support the project.
  • Provide guidance and support to the development and configuration.
  • Lead the execution of the development and configuration efforts.
  • Develop technical specifications for systems development, design, and implementation
  • Work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
  • Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals and.
  • Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.
  • Experience with Infor EAM and GIS deployment/integration.
  • Support and develop activities including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate the development activities with other MTA teams, EAM functional team, testing team, configuration team, and other

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ EAM management delivery and SI services in asset intensive industries
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of client-side experience in plant engineering, construction, and EAM implementations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ INFOR experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Led and built Asset Management practices
  • Led and managed EAM projects both large (global) and small (single site)
  • Led pursuits and delivered projects leading and working with large matrixed and external teams
  • Led and built Asset Management practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
