The BPS Account Lead owns the client relationship for the Operations contract, which covers one or more of the Operations offerings.

Role Responsibilities
  • Client relationship management
  • Profit and Loss management of the account
  • Quality and risk with the services provided to the client
  • Strategic positioning for growth and people management of the account
  • Interfaces with the Client Account Lead (CAL) and appropriate leadership within Service Delivery Operations (SDO)
  • Shapes and drives valued transformation for the client
  • Works in partnership with Delivery to deliver the contract and exceed client and Accenture expectations for sales, revenue and profitability targets
  • Drives growth on the account by presenting Accenture Operations offerings, innovation and thought leadership to the client and pulling in deep experts when needed
  • Leads the account and support functions

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years Account Management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years BPS Operations experience preferably in CMT industry
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales experience in a services business 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-geography BPS operations

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
