Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
The Collections Analyst (Spanish speaking) is responsible for Business to Business Accounts Receivable collection activities on behalf of the client. Responsibilities for activities are assigned by Team Leader. The person needs to be adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.



  • Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team and escalates production issues to his her Team Leader as appropriate.


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Minimum
  • 1 year Business to Business collections experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance or any Business related courses
  • Experience with Oracle accounting system
  • Fluent in Spanish
