Job Description
The Training and Change Management Consultant will be responsible for:
  • Supporting mid-size to very large change management engagements as a trainer and a training developer.
  • Assisting in the creation of change management deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communications and metrics.
  • Leading small teams (2 – 3 people) of clients and other consultants to execute training, communications and change management plans.
  • Developing training strategies explaining high-level training approach and the training deployment plan.
  • Conducting training needs analyses by articulating impacted groups, the training each group would require, and the plan for providing training.
  • Developing and delivering training curricula via multiple channels and conducting post training assessments.
  • Serving as a resource to the Department Lead in developing sales proposals and web content for Cloud First Sales and Delivery Central.
  • Staying current with training technologies in the marketplace so as to be able to advise others
Basic Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience conducting technology training for end users and training other trainers on course delivery (TTT)
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience supporting CRM projects (E.g.: Siebel, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience with adult learning concepts and approaches, developing training curricula and materials
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce either as a trainer or admin
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience supporting global projects
  • Experience with a large consulting firm
  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
