Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional development with shell scripting
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience across the software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Git and continuous integration/ deployment strategies.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Linux or equivalent Unix experience.
 
Travel:  Up to 100% travel as project requires.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Working experience on tools like Kafka, Cassandra, Spark.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL database technologies e.g. MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL
 
Professional Skill Requirements:
  • An agile mindset with experience working in an Agile environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • High personal code/development standards
  • Self motivated with demonstrated initiative.
