Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)   


Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems to enable client strategies. Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing module. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for the application. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and implement testing plans. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.


Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Applied), Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


Of the required experience: 3 years of experience must be in Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation; and, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 technical architecture, and underlying table structures and their usage in designing and developing program units; project based designing, implementing, and testing RICEFW customizations; upgrading, implementing, and converting projects in Oracle E-Business Suite/ Oracle ERP Cloud involving integration with legacy applications; techno-functional experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business flow; business process and requirements analysis, gap analysis, solution design, module setup and configuration, documentation, developing customizations and reports, and knowledge transfer; SQL, PL/SQL, Java, UNIX, Oracle XML Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Business Process Management (BPM), Approval Management Extensions (AMX), and Oracle RDBMS; and, OA Framework applications/Webcenter personalizations and Oracle Forms personalization, and data uploads leveraging FNDLOAD and SQLLDR.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
