Conduct outreach and engage the broader S&T community (Federal, IC, academia, think tanks, private sector, foreign governments) to understand S&T capabilities

  • Work with internal departments to develop technical solutions for initiatives.
  • Collaborate with experts to research advanced solutions for current and emergent capabilities and facilitate integration with stakeholders of identified solutions.
  • Prepare briefings on projects, studies, and analysis to high-level administrative and technical managers.
  • Participate as an organization representative at various meetings/symposiums at the DOD, national and international level.
  • Support preparation of organization S&T publications by identifying themes and applying S&T knowledge to technical editing and writing


Basic Qualificatins:

  • 2 years experience supporting Intel agency.
  • 2 years advanced experience with Microsoft office.
  • 1-2 years working with and/or identifying, integrating emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of and interest in Science & Technology (S&T) capabilities (autonomous platforms, data science, etc.).
  • Ability to apply S&T knowledge to technical editing and writing.
  • Experience with innovation frameworks, design thinking.
  • Experience with collaborative efforts; engaging in cross-agency communication.
  • Great communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable traveling (domestic/international).
  • Scientific and technical or intelligence analysis relative to a broad field or critical area in computer science (information systems, IT, etc.), mathematics, physics/other physical sciences, engineering, biology, chemistry, geology, geophysics, or related relevant experience.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
