Infrastructure Engineering professionals analyze, design and/or build infrastructure solutions.
The Infrastructure Tools Lead is responsible for working with the client and onshore delivery leadership and staff to maintain alignment between their requirements and the capabilities being delivered by the tools support team.  This person works closely with Service Delivery management to understand the issues facing the delivery unit, and to recommend and develop tools-based solutions that address these issues.
This individual will be responsible for building and staffing the team, and for developing and maintaining the required skill levels over the duration of the contract.  This person will also drive the tools rationalization effort which will be focused on reducing the number of tools that are currently required to run the environment.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years in infrastructure tool engineering/level 4 support
  • Minimum 4 years of team management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Infrastructure Architect certification (Infrastructure SA)
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
