Job Description

FS-ALIP professionals design develop and implement the Accenture Life Insurance Platform which provide Life Insurers with a full spectrum of processing capabilities, from front-office sales and underwriting to back-office policy administration.

 

The Customer Experience & Process Improvement Lead will work closely with our ALIP clients community. They will observe how ALIP is being used by sitting with and immersing themselves in with our clients to understand how they use ALIP. They will understand how ALIP fits in the broader customer organization and business process functions. They will bring the client experience and how the business community is using the solution back to our ALIP teams. They will influence the product roadmap short and long term in helping to determine where we invest and improve the product. They will drive input to the functional lab to help determine what we test and develop next.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand how innovation RPA, AI, analytics, etc. influences the Life Insurance industry, our Client s approach to innovation and how ALIP fits into it. 
  • Identify areas to expand the ecosystem with complementary functions products like Operations Navigator, Accenture Work Flow solution, etc.
  • Drive additional revenue based on how we can improve the client experience by adding functions, enhancements, upgrades, and expanded ecosystem areas.

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of Life Insurance business operations
  • Minimum of 10 years of Consulting experience
