Job Description
 
Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.
 
Salesforce.com professionals demonstrate skills in Salesforce.com which is the leader in CRM solutions for customer relationship management software and cloud computing.
 
Accenture’s Cloud First practice is growing rapidly and is looking to add experienced Salesforce.com Solutions Architects to join our team Functional Delivery Managers.  This is a terrific opportunity for a Cloud CRM subject matter expert to take on a functional leadership role within our growing consultancy.  You'll have experience with multiple CRM Implementations with user base of 200+ including Enterprise Integrations such as with ERP, Order Management, Claims Systems, Portals, etc.
 
 We can hire for this role anywhere in the US, as long as you are willing and able to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Typical Day Snapshot
 
The Salesforce.com Service Cloud Solution Architect will responsible for managing projects that include operational improvement assessment and business process design. Strong Service Cloud is required - both functionally and technically - to help clients across multiple industries design, architect and implement improvements to their Sales, Service and Customer capabilities.
Key responsibilities may include:
  • Leading the solution envisioning, design and estimating for Service Cloud engagements for clients across multiple industries.
  • Support proposal development
  • Leading project teams on Service Cloud engagements, spanning the standard project lifecycle from strategy/visioning through implementation/post-implementation support with responsibilities across business and technical work streams.
  • Collaborating with other Sales & Customer and Cloud First executives to develop points of view and other thought leadership pieces that promote Accenture's business in Salesforce.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com with a focus on Service Cloud architecture and integrations
  • Minimum of 3 years of Program & Project Management and formal project methodology
  • Minimum 3-5 years consulting experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years functional understanding of leading CRM and Customer Service technologies particularly, Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce.com Certifications (3 or more) including Service Cloud
  • Experience implementing Service Cloud enterprise integration architectures
  • Experience designing Service Cloud integration solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - sales, service and marketing clouds
  • Ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units
  • Data modeling skills
  • Familiar with user experience best practices
  • Understanding of call center processes
  • Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
  • Structured communication
