Innovation Hub Experience Lead  


Communication and Collaboration

  • You excel at facilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients envision possible futures. You’ll be motivating and patient with people as they take the first step on a path to transformation. You have a wealth of multi-disciplinary experience to pull from, and excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. 
  • You’ll drive the design and facilitate the delivery of in-person experiences that simultaneously impact client perception and push Accenture colleagues to be best in class at innovation and value creation. 
  • You are a team builder. You’ll lead discussions with Account teams and clients before, during, and after sessions, connecting the dots across various Accenture offerings and capabilities and determining what inputs (research and data) and outputs are desirable for the client’s needs and bringing our best work and collaboration to life.  
Curiosity and Researching
  • You are curious. You are a great listener and observer of people and their behaviors. You are knowledgeable to deeply skilled in qualitative research and know how to get it done quickly and effectively so our sessions can lead with deep insight. You are aware to knowledgeable when it comes to data fluency.
Design thinking, Synthesizing and Integration
  • You inspire trust and demonstrate leadership. You know how to use design thinking methodology to solve business problems with a human centered lens. You challenge traditional thinking and assumptions and push for alternative solutions. You partner with Client Account Leads to fully understand project and client context to plan agendas for client visits and experiences. You connect people and ideas around a shared problem and take a hands-on approach to developing their capabilities while engaging with clients in co-creation. You can shape provocative POVs with agendas that connect client needs to Accenture solutions, POVs and teams.
  • You’ll stay connected to leading work in Accenture, demos, client stories, and assets to bring best of Accenture into experiences and ensure relevancy of latest experiences, and contribute to the Innovation Hub network to collaborate and cross pollinate across the network of Hub centers/locations. 
  • You’ll also create differentiation by growing connections within the Chicago market (academic, startup, social accelerator, etc) to ensure new external content and expertise is always flowing into the Hub - maintaining relevance and refreshing the offering for our Accounts and Clients.
Critical Interpersonal skills
  • You are an active listener, keen observer of nonverbal communication, able to quickly develop rapport, diplomatic, shows humor, networking and relationship manager, responsible.


  • 8 - 10+ years of experience working as a design, design research or design strategy professional, or in a related role.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, 
  • Quantitative & qualitative value-case development
  • Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen
  • Confident to author, facilitate and produce client visits and workshops independently 


  • Design research methods (Interviewing, ethnography, leading focus-type groups)
  • Very familiar with good design process, innovation methodologies & tools, agile, storytelling, data and analytics tools and approaches.
  • Workshop facilitation and creative collaboration
  • Design-led thinking, problem-solving, and instruction.
