Communication Media and Technology (CMT) Consulting – High Velocity ERP Integration. Professionals should have deep SAP and S/4HANA experience designing, implementing and deploying solutions to achieve our clients defined business goals. Professionals should also possess skills in process design and configuration for SAP S/4HANA applications, solution integration, testing and deployment.
The Ariba Functional Implementation Manager will lead and maintain a team of Procurement process consultants with a high level of expertise for Direct and Indirect Procurement:
Candidates should have at least one implementation of Ariba-Cloud Source to pay, with a specialty in either Ariba Upstream (Ariba SIPM, SLP, Sourcing/Contracting) or Downstream (Ariba Buying/Invoicing)
Individual must have good understanding of supplier collaboration using Ariba Network with a good understanding of interfacing applications.
Individual must also have experience with:
Translating Procurement business requirements, high level designs and master data requirements into detailed SAP Ariba design
Designing high quality solutions to meet functional requirements
Test planning, coordination and execution
Solution deployment and transition support
Training documentation and support
It is our intention for our people to live where they work and work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel.
Minimum 4 years of SAP-Ariba experience with focus working on Source to Pay modules.
Minimum 3 years of working on integrating SAP-Ariba into SAP Accounts Payable and Project Control systems is highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related
Ability to participate in and contribute to thought leadership efforts (white papers, conference presentation materials, internal assets)
Multiple SAP-Ariba implementations preferred.
SAP Ariba certification in any of the SAP-Ariba Source to Pay modules is a nice to have*
Agile experience and certification
Consulting experience with CMT clients
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Proven ability to drive the team and meet goals and objectives independently
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
