The Applications Solutions QA Analyst provides analytical and product knowledge to the Deployment team.  Responsible for testing and sign off of hosted client software upgrades. Work with internal teams to resolve any issues. Work with and obtain client sign off. Design and execute test plans. Participate in pre-release testing. Record and document results and compare to expected results. Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected. Peform tasks assgined as part of a deployment project. Generate historical analysis of test results. Document anomalies and issues. Participate in application planning meetings. Insure all runbook steps are met during the deployment. Proactively look for process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:  
- 3 or more year years providing analytical and or customer support for software applications 
- 3 or more years Mortgage Industry and LOS knowledge including Retail, Wholesale, Correspondent and Direct to Consumer industry processes. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Enterprise Lending Center software experience preferred 
- Basic diagnostic skills 
- BA or BS Computer Sciences, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience. 
- Basic skills in SQL
- A basic understanding of internet and remote network technologies.
