Provide technical development and system design skills. Assist with the design and creation of technical specifications from functional specifications for complex development projects; support change management and business redesign activities. Assist with the analysis, designing, programming, and testing of solutions to complex production problems, supports the development of test scenarios and test cases.





Basic Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience with PeopleSoft™ ERP including recent experience with PeopleSoft™ 9.0 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer related field. An additional six (6) years of ERP experience or an Associate’s Degree together with four (4) years of ERP experience can be substituted for the Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience documenting current organizational business process flows.
  • Experience preparing communication plans.
  • Experience producing database extracts.
  • Experience creating automated testing.

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
