The Location Workplace Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of all workplace operations and executive support services on site within a small to medium and moderately complex Accenture location or a small to medium number of Accenture locations within their country, city or regional area.  These services include executive support services, customer services activities such as audio-visual support, catering services, document services, switchboard services, reception services, floor support services, space utilization management, as well as facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics and/or storage services.  In addition he/she may be required to assist with real estate transactions and manage construction projects related to leasehold improvements, relocation or other facility renovation/fit outs. He/she is accountable for implementing Workplace Solutions strategic direction and vision for their country, city or regional area.


Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Execute overall workplace strategic direction and vision for geographic area; set service standards and goals requiring long-term business planning and forecasting
  • Plan and manage Workplace service delivery,  operating and capital budgets
  • Lead and manage a small to medium team of Workplace location coordinators, generalists and/or administrators
  • May serve as the single point of contact for Workplace Solutions in a specific location
  • Plan and manage facility-related construction projects as appropriate.
  • Manage and ensure consistent application of human resource processes, including career development, salary review, recruiting and performance management within area of responsibility and in accordance with local legislations and rules.
  • Ensure the delivery of services is in line with predefined standards; review strategic service model options as appropriate
  • Utilize Workplace tools for workflow/service management and analyze data and/or process performance to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Review and approve payment requests and vendor invoices as necessary
  • Actively participate in sharing best practices across workgroups and design and implement programs and processes in line with global strategic targets and objectives
  • Account for the integrity of key human resource processes including career development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management
  • Manage relationships with all  external and internal customers/vendors and independently resolve escalated issues
  • Negotiate and coordinate managed services and/or price-list services as appropriate.
  • Develop and manage contract relationship with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy and budget)
  • Participate in the strategic review of business operations and implement subsequent outsourcing decisions.
  • Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility (including training strategy)
  • Work with the Corporate Real Estate team to assist in Real Estate transactions as appropriate.
  • May take an active lead in all planning and directing Corporate Citizenship activities for the location, including setting strategic goals and initiatives, and managing external relationships.
  • May play an active role in supporting, planning, and implementing administrative aspects of local market initiatives in conjunction with local leadership, which may include leading, planning, and implementing content/logistics for local office cross functional activities
  • May engage actively in planning, coordinating, and implementing elements of HR Activity Support, which may include New Joiner Orientation preparation, Annual Review scheduling, I-9 support, etc.
  • May, in partnership with Marketing & Communication, actively plan, develop, and deliver elements of local Marketing & Communications support, which may include local newsletters, postcards, portal updates, client event support and local communications
  • May serve as the single point of contact for Geographic Services in a specific location

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Corporate/Workplace Operations and customer service delivery industry experience
  • 1 to 2 years of Leadership experience; Managing a small or large team in a professional work environment 
  • US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of vendor management experience
  • Good Business Acumen
  • Knowledge of Contract Management
  • Ability to manage operating and capital budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship
  • Ability to take initiative and successfully lead others
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Knowledge of program/project management skills, including continuous improvement methodologies
  • Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Applications
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
