Act as a product SME Subject Matter Expert for internal service escalations with the Loan Fulfillment Center, Enterprise Lending Center and Services Center. Should have experience in third party integrations to proprietary software platforms. Researches questions and troubleshoots issues pertaining to our integrated service connections. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance and Application Support teams to implement service requirements and communicate service enhancements.  Apply mortgage software industry services knowledge to help continue process improvement and team communication.  System test services changes and coordinates release schedules with our vendors.  Manage deliverables for initiatives and adhere to Mortgage Cadence product development methodologies. Extract detailed service requirements from user stories scenarios and high level business requirements. Maintains cross system data mapping and service provider overviews for service integrations.  Consults frequently with our internal customers to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns. May conduct training sessions and overviews of new services for internal staff
Basic Qualifications 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Development Requirement Management Tools SQL, XML, TFS
- Minimum of 3 years documenting detailed functional requirements with an eye on usability and auditability 

Preferred Skill Requirements 
- Experience with XML, data field mapping, and technical support 
Experience in the mortgage industry with emphasis on loan origination and fulfillment in retail, correspondent, broker and or secondary marketing
- Bachelor s Degree in a related area or equivalent IT project management experience 
- Working knowledge of MISMO
- Experience with Web based software applications 
- Hybrid Agile software development methodology
