- Coordinate inputs to integrated Release Plan that aligns system partner and customer milestones (design, build, test) for major interfaces
- Develop and maintain standard checklist for each release
- Prepare input materials for Gate Reviews at the end of each phase: Requirements, Design (Functional, Technical), Testing (Product, SIT, SAT)
- Maintain Capacity Model for customer application development team
- Coordinate inputs and capture results from Design/Build/Test Gate Reviews

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or technical field
  • 4 years of experience with IT or systems modernization projects. Experience must include release planning and management, capacity management, and IT Change Management.   

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills working in a technical environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-process teams
  • ITIL certification(s)

    An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
