The Financial Governance Senior Analyst will support customer engagement teams, working through risk assessment validations, internal control plan reviews and test result revies, and helping MICP customers with certification statement requirements and internal controls over financial systems (ICOFS) and financial reporting (ICOFR). The Senior Analyst will enhance governance and leadership engagement for the Managers' Internal Control Program (MICP). The Financial Governance Senior Analyst will drive implementation of approach to identifying, documenting and remediation of material weaknesses. The candidate will prepare presentation materials and minutes for meetings, and manage relationships with governance members, MICP Coordinators and SAOs. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related business or technical field

  • 2 years of financial management experience

  • 2 years of experience in a client facing role

  • 2 years of experience in one or more of the following capabilities: ICOFR/ICOFS, MICP, internal controls/testing

  • US Citizenship Required

Preferred Skills:

  • CPA
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
