The San Antonio Innovation & Technology Delivery Center (SADC) is part of the Accenture's US Delivery Center organization, which is comprised of six delivery centers that create client value through innovative technology solutions primarily focused in Application Outsourcing, ERP solutions, Information Management Services, and Net Centric solutions.

The Junior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for: 
  • Supporting the configuration, development, and implementation of customized SFDC solutions, including the Salesforce Community Portal 
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design and build an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements
  • Building trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
  • Working closely with the Accenture team, the client, and other vendors, to ensure the solution is technically feasibility and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts
  • Collaborating with the team during Integration test
  • Assisting in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 4-Year Technical Bachelor’s Degree (i.e. Computer Science/Engineering) OR 2 Years of Relevant IT Work Experience
  • 6 months+ working hands-on with Java & OOP design or Salesforce design either in school or professional experience
  • US Citizen - No Dual Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Java development experience utilizing web-based applications such as J2EE, JDK, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and HTML 
  • Experience with the following technologies, platforms and languages: XML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, XHTML, Apex, Salesforce, Visual Force
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value 
  • Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team 
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills     
 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
