You will be joining the Cloud First Applications group focusing on leading cloud technology based solutions like SFDC, Google, Pegasystems and other emerging Cloud Applications. Accenture’s Cloud First agenda offers comprehensive, industry-focused cloud services including strategy, implementation, migration and managed services, and assets including the Accenture Cloud Platform, that can drive broader transformational programs for clients.   
Callidus Insurance ICM is a key growth accelerator for Accenture’s Cloud First Delivery organization in the U.S. In addition to being responsible for configuration comp plans, rules, performance measures, and analytics/BI reports in Callidus Insurance ICM, the compensation consultant will advise our clients on best practices to integrate the ICM platform into their enterprise architecture, perform business analysis to reveal key insights into sales performance, and providing functional and operational support as needed.
Callidus Insurance ICM is key enabler of Accenture’s Cloud First growth; Our clients are world class organizations that are/have selected Callidus Insurance ICM to motivate their sellers and the Compensation Consultant will be a essential team member as part of this fast growing business for Accenture!
We can hire for this role almost anywhere in the US, as long as you are willing and able to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
Typical Day Snapshot
New challenges and opportunities arise every day for our Consultants and their roles will vary based on the projects where they are engaged.  The work is truly exciting and interesting and will require our Consultants to: 
  • Work with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Callidus Insurance ICM platform.
  • Typical Callidus Insurance ICM implementations include configuration of compensation plans, rules, and reporting/BI solutions that adhere to best practices and perform solution reviews.  
  • Rationalize compensation plans, rules, performance measures, and reports into common configurable objects to minimize customizations of the tool.
  • Integrations with back office systems (such as billing systems, MDM, and enterprise data warehouses) and manage cutover and deployment plans.
  • With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development.
  • Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
  • Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2 years of delivery and configuration experience with Callidus/Actek Insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of these workstreams is preferred. (billing systems, MDM, and enterprise data warehouses).
  • Familiarity with insurance and producer lifecycle management.
