The Business Analyst responsibilities include:
 
Working closely with stakeholders to document requirements and build business processes that are in alignment with the Identity Management, Trusted Identity Credentials and Attribute management, and Single Sign On product capabilities and meet government requirements.
 
Applying security skills to provide the following Security Services: design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. In addition, the role might require providing services to help clients protect their information, infrastructures, applications and business processes against cyber threats.
 
Acting as an expert with Identity Control and Access Management business processes including those of Identity Management (onboarding, transfer, off-boarding, access request, and certification).
 
Analyze, design, configure, and as required test enhancements to complex modules
  • Work with Application Architects/Business Process Architects/Specialists and other System Specialists to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
  • Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components
  • Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards 
  • Provide primary support toward installation of application releases into production as directed
  • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs
  • Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies
  • Create operational documentation for the Application
  • Coordinate work with other Systems Specialists on and across Applications
  • Provide application/technical support as required, in a timely manner
  • Review and understand the Application workplan
  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status
  • Provide input to assist in determining level of effort
  • Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive
  • Assist the Client Service Team Manager in monitoring budget by providing estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills
  • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the application

  • Analyze, design, configure, and as required test enhancements to complex modules

Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work

 Basic Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Identity Control and Access Management business processes for IT/data management systems (e.g. ABAC), to include Identity Management  (i.e. onboarding, transfer, off-boarding, access request, and certification).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience applying security skills to provide the following Security Services: design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people our clients.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience creating high quality and high-level deliverables for the government client.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, engineering, mathematics related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to document requirements and build business processes that are in alignment with the Identity Management, Trusted Identity Credentials and Attribute management, and Single Sign On product capabilities.
 Preferred Skills:
  • Have excellent written and oral communications skills and will deliver documentation, presentations, and training to a broad population.
  • Familiarity around Role Based Attribute Control (RBAC) & XAML
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
