The Agile Program/Enterprise Coach is responsible for coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, Agile Product Owners, Managers and Executives to leverage Agile principles, practices and frameworks.  Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on scaling Agile, including the use of scaling frameworks and able to help organizations identify their value stream.  Embraces servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with being agile. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior leaders to define strategies for transitioning to Agile practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor to organizations when guiding them through their Agile transformation. 
  • Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Mentor and pair with change agents within client organizations and other Accenture/SolutionsIQ coaches/consultants.

Basic Qualifications:

·       Minimum of seven years of practical Lean and/or Agile experience

·       Minimum of five years of coaching with strong experience coaching at the Program level

·       Minimum of five years of demonstrable expertise in influencing organizational change

·       Minimum of two years of experience with scaling Agile in large organizations

·       Ability to travel 80-100%

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       High energy and can inspire change at all levels

·       Strong consulting experience

·       Works well in a coaching team and in mentoring less experienced coaches
