Data Architecture professionals demonstrate Data Architecture skills and specific experience in designing,
 implementing and testing Data Architectures, covering one or more of the Structured and Unstructured Data, and Enterprise and Integration Data model domains.

 
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Makes decisions that have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
  • Manages small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience with fundamental Data Architecture concepts including Data Modeling, Integration, Storage, Indexing, Security, Logging, Data Quality, Master Data Management and Archiving etc.
  • Minimum of 2 years with Data Integration/ETL Tools (open sourced or packaged)
  • Minimum 1 year of Big Data implementation experience
  • Ability to meet travel requirements- (Monday - Thursday) 100%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience in Data Technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Informatica, Golden Gate, Cassandra, Talend, Sqoop, Spark, and Kafka etc.
  • Cross-Industry experience (financial services, resources, healthcare, government, products, communications, high tech)
 
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
