Business Strategy Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX): Apply deep business strategy development, architecting value, and operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through business insight. Partner with clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues at the intersection of business, technology and operations that will have lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility. Provide deep understanding of clients' Oil & Gas industry landscape and business options in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends. Perform analysis to gain insights and use it to determine client needs, diagnose the issue and plan the transformation. Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that lead to strategic insights. Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant strategy topic. Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions. Manage large teams and/or work efforts. Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate) in the Oil & Gas industry.   


Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Business strategy consulting; participating in business development process in management consulting industry; leading consulting teams and advising senior clients in oil and gas industry; project management, and creating and managing project Gantt charts showing deliverables, activities, and resources; and, 6 years of experience must be in each of the following: Quantitative modeling skills, including advanced Excel modeling; developing written communication material including power point and word documents/reports to explain complex technical issues to key stakeholders and management. 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
