Technology Architecture Senior Manager (Multiple Positions)   

Responsibilities:    

Technology Architecture Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Assess, design, implement and/or support world-class information technology architectures for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs. Conduct architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems in which analysis requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Design, build, deliver and run the engagement's, platform's and/or product's required architecture (ie development, operations, execution, data, application, etc.). Provide the work's technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs. Interact with senior management levels involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Manage large teams and/or efforts. Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals. Determine objectives and approaches to critical assignments that are implemented by the team. Design and ensure that technology standards are followed and evolve over time. Provide architecture Quality Assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements. Lead the technology solutioning and estimating in proposals, planning and pricing.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:    

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.   

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:    

Of the required experience, 7 years of experience must be in each of the following: Design and Architecture complex ERP applications involving PeopleSoft, Kronos, and Oracle in Unix and Windows Operating systems; PeopleSoft HRMS/People Tools, Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Kronos Scheduling, Kronos Workforce Analytics, and Kronos and PeopleSoft/People tools Integrations; Oracle Database Administration; Application and Database Performance Tuning, Application Architecture Blueprint and Design; Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration; defining development guidelines and leading development teams involving technical review of their work; information modeling, logical and physical database design; designing and executing data conversion projects; PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and PeopleSoft Cloud Architecture (PCA); and, Kronos WFC, WTK, WFP, WFA, WFSO, SDM, Connect, WIM, and Enterprise Archive. 

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
