Technology Consulting Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Technology Consulting Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Dallas, TX): Advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client. Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand. Deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change, i.e. package & third party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery. Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Supervise a team of computer systems analysts. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

• Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently): Designing and developing field force management solutions to achieve the electric, gas, and/or water utility goals, including efficient scheduling of field work forces, dispatching/routing to field work forces, and collecting work completion data from field work forces via a multi-layered digital platform; implementing ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule product and implementing Click Mobile, Click Plan, or Click Forecast; integrating field force management solutions with other utility work management solutions including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Work Management, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), HR systems, learning management, and/or supply chain; planning and executing software testing including unit testing, product testing, and performance testing; and, developing data conversion strategies as it relates to field force solutions as utilities migrate from older platforms to new ones.

• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
