Job Description Overview:

The Infra Tech Support Practitioner must be able to perform the Desk Support Technologist role without direct supervision.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical onsite support to customers resolving open incidents assigned
  • Prioritizing these incidents & following the established procedures for the country region
  • Provide normal operations as quickly as possible by using the tools defined to track and report these incidents incident management system & asset management
  • Meeting deliverable requirements or service level metrics SLM.
  • Infra Tech Support Practitioner has responsibility for assigned technologists within their offices and is responsible for coordinating the support team.
  • Main responsibility is to ensure that service levels in the corresponding location offices are maintained or improved.
  • Infra Tech Support Practitioner will work closely with the Office Lead Supervisor to identify and escalate risks that may impact the level of service acting as soon as possible to minimize reduce the impact on customers and must implement all local and global defined procedures to cover the scope of services.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience with service desk support in particular with ServiceNow
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with enterprise technology systems and responding to escalations
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with ensuring hardware inventory is in working order following documented management systems

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong coaching and project management skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
