Project Control Services Team Lead (Multiple Positions)
Project Control Services Team Lead (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Enable more effective program management that increases the overall quality of Technology Delivery, under direct supervision. Track management office activities and proactively monitor and report on execution of deliverables. Manage the delivery effort including change, demand and support of operations management within schedule, cost, quality, effort and SLAs, as directed. Prioritize and manage the scope of the assigned program, project or contracted service. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implement continuous improvements developed by Associate Managers and Managers. Support the management of financials, contractual, and operational commitments in alignment with contract and original deal economics, as well as cost management targets. Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. Understand strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals. Seek guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments and develop skills needed to execute responsibilities.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 4 years of experience must be in each of the following: Creation of business artifacts including Business Decision Documents (BDD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Use Case Specifications, Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Systems Design Specification (SDS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and Test cases; creating requirement specifications using Business Architecture Modeling; manual and automated functional testing of end to end claims business processes, purchase, and quote applications leveraging industry advanced tools including JIRA, Test Link, TRAC, Selenium, and IBM Rational Test Suite; building complex SharePoint solutions with MS Access, and DB2 - SQL; utilizing business analysis tools including Version One, Tridion, Tealeaf, and Troux; and, defect management in the agile methodology.
• Must have a willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
