Provide technical software end-user support by performing question/problem diagnosis; guide users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; quickly triage and pass complex problems on to higher-level support for resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years in-depth experience troubleshooting and supporting Information Technology Enterprise Applications
  • An additional four years of relevant work or military experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer related field

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide ongoing technical support for specialized applications: log trouble calls, analyze and correct problem at source
  • Ability to advise users of changes in procedures
  • PeopleSoft™ Financials Certification

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
