Business and Systems Integration professionals analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.
 

Job Description
Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.
 
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.  

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. 

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.  

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
 
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.    
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
 
Manages teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
 
 

Basic Qualifications:

 

7+ years of  Oracle E-Business HRMS implementation experience with Core HR & Compensation Workbench (CWB) and Oracle Cloud/Compensation

A minimum of 1-2 end-to-end HCM Cloud/Fusion Compensation Experience (must have Fusion Workforce Compensation)

Strong HCM cloud/Fusion Workforce Compensation configuration expertise

Experience in writing fast formulas, and Fusion Compensation Analytics/Reporting (OTBI)

Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation functional design of conversions, HDL/HCM Extract/integrations; lead conference Room Pilots, testing, user training and cutover

Strong understanding of Core HR/Compensation business processes

Bachelor's degree

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Natural Resources Industries  (desired, but not required) 

Client facing experience (Required, must have)

Work stream/ team leading experience

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
