Job Description:
Experienced Business Analyst (BA) who has worked primarily on the sell side within trading and operations. Will be responsible for leading business documentation, testing and deployment as part of a wider project team. Functional BA will report into a manager or more senior person on a client site. Role demands strong communication and industry knowledge in order to be credible when gathering requirements from end users.
 
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
 
-Previous experience highly valued include: collateral management, liquidity management, treasury, front office control frameworks and OTC derivatives.
-As a functional BA we expect people to be capable of working independently with limited oversight.
-Key to success in this role is attention to detail and to be clearly able to document requirements.
-Candidates with a proven track record of process redesign will be preferred.
-Previous Calypso / Murex implementation experience a plus.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Major in business, finance, or economics preferred
  • 3+ years experience within a change or consulting function in capital markets
  • Technology implementation experience
  • Experience/Skills in Treasury / Risk / Derivatives (Technical or Functional)
    Practical knowledge of Traded Products (credit derivatives, equities, commodities, fixed income, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of Investment Banking Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes
  • High competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Candidates with a proven track record of process redesign will be preferred.
-Previous Calypso / Murex/ misys implementation experience a plus.
-Murex certification
