A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Job Description

Senior Manager to execute/lead process-oriented programs in Banking and Operations - Business Optimization space. Also responsible for: assisting in shaping offerings in Business Optimization, identifying potential sales opportunities and executing sales process for B&O Business Optimization offerings. Identify talent and mentor junior B&O Business Optimization practice members.Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.

Basic Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's Degree Required
  •  8+ years of Management Consulting experience
  • 8+ years  experience:   

:
    • Deep industry skills in Retail, Small Business, or Commercial banking
    •  Execution of process-oriented projects, both large (multi-million) and small
    •  Execution of product segmentation and origination strategy projects
    •  Execution of projects to define and achieve bank strategies in specific market segments
    • Execution of process automation projects and specialist knowledge of automation solutions
    • Execution of BPO and XaaS projects
    •  Proven ability to originate and deliver $5M+ annual revenue
    •  Cultivated and/or owned multiple client relationships in the retail/commercial/small business banking space
    •  Responsible for setting people development growth objectives and managing to said   targets

        

Professional Skill Requirements

Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles & practices
