Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise: strategic, industry, functional, technical, in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. While the specific type of consulting work they do can vary, it generally aligns to management consulting, systems integration consulting or technology consulting. Typically, Consultants work at client sites, which often requires travel.

Responsible for implementation of Asset Management Client projects in Capital Markets.

Design and implement projects at Asset Management firms ranging from Management Consulting / strategy, to system integration/implementation, to technical architecture consulting. Lead a team between 1-3 people.

Apply experience and expertise in specific deep asset management domain skills (e.g. front office, back office, trading, clearing, reference data, client reporting, etc.).

Build relationships with key clients through delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of solid Project and Delivery Leadership in capital markets industry

- Experience managing business analysis projects at Asset Management firms ranging from Management Consulting (MC), to system integration/implementation to technical consulting (TC)

- Experience leading a team between 2-10 people

- Experience applying business expertise in specific deep domain skills (e.g. front office, back office, trading, clearing, reference data, client reporting, data management, etc.).

- Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint.

- Significant Buy Side Acumen and experience

- Strong consulting capabilities

- Business Analysis & Design experience

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior level clients

- Excellent presentation skills

- Bachelor's Degree
