Job Description
Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective digital solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value. Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
YOUR ROLE: Digital Asset Management Functional Lead
  • Develop and deliver digital asset management technologies (DAM) and execute content roadmaps to meet the needs of the clients across all major industry verticals (Consumer Goods, Retail, Finance, Media & Technology, Resources)
  • Perform analysis of business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to design DAM solutions
  • Act as technical advisor and subject matter consultant on digital asset management solutions such as (DAM)
  • Understand various types of DAM tools and technologies on the market and how they can solve current and future business needs and challenges for our clients.
  • Mentor and train team members and business partners/clients on DAM capabilities and architecture
  • Optimize technology design and implementation of audio, video, images and other types of content across DAM and various platforms and channels
  • A forward-thinking view of DAM and digital ecosystems as well as best practices across an entire organization looking to manage digital content.
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications 
  • Experience developing solution designs that include architecture for enterprise level DAM OpenText, aDAM, Adobe, HP/Autonomy DAM experience and knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to document complex design and architecture concepts for DAM solutions in both business and technical terms
  • Experience in structured and unstructured metadata and taxonomy design.
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong experience in designing, configuring, and launching DAM applications.
  • Experience in multiple solution ecosystems helpful
  • Experience developing and executing caching strategies to optimize site/application performance
  • Prior experience working in agile delivery methodology
  • Critical thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act as liaison between business and technical teams*
