Solution Architecture professionals translate client requirements into solutions that will create value for Accenture and our clients.
 
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creation and integration of Digital solutions for clients
  • Translates complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs
  • Assess Digital market technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware, etc.
  • Owns the overall solution blueprint and roadmap
  • Accountable for the technical integrity of the solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements and industry best practices
  • Works as part of an integrated sales team. Participates in orals and other client meetings to explain the solution approach
  • Clear and concise articulation, presentation, and documentation of technical opportunities, constraints, recommendations, and action items to both internal and external audiences
  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Digital Solution Architects develop and help deploy Digital solutions and technologies that help clients optimize the value they derive from their Digital strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on Marketing/Campaign projects in the Digital space (defined above in role description)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Sales Force Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Marketo and/or DMP’s (Adobe, Blue Kai, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect in multiple areas of Digital
  • Minimum 2-3 years of software development
  • Minimum 2-3 years of estimating experience for software projects
  • Minimum 1 year Agile delivery experience
  • Flexibility to travel and work on offsite projects
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skill Requirements:
  • Industry skills in at least one industry
  • Exposure to one or more of the following technologies:
    • Reltio
    • Talend,
    • SnapLogic
    • Rich Relevance
    • Oracle Marketing Cloud
  • Adobe certification
  • Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
  • Previous experience with a large professional service organization
  • Previous experience in software selection, vendor management, and workforce management implementations
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
  • Good communication (written and oral)
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Workshop, client interview and focus group facilitation
  • Client relationship skills
  • Strong business development acumen
