Job Description:


Industry Applications-PRD professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique PRODUCTS industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.

 

H&PS-Industry Applications professionals analyze, design, build, test and deploy innovative Health and Public Service industry-specific solutions that enable industry standards and processes.

 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
  • Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
  • Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.


ABILITY TO TRAVEL UP TO 100% IS REQUIRED

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in a complex healthcare environment as a Program Manager/ Director
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Cerner Millennium Consulting Framework Methodology and Cerner Model Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience utilizing PMO/Program Management tools (ex- ability to create an integrated program plan utilizing Microsoft Project, Program Mgmt Office Tools, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of Client and/or relationship management experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Cerner Systems Implementation
  • Min of Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Large consulting firm experience
  • Clinician background
  • Transformation and/or Clinical & Business operations knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 100%
