This year’s challenge asked students to develop innovative solutions to help Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) better understand the individualized needs of their members in order to drive engagement and maximize the impact of the WWP experience. Nearly 50 teams participated from 5 MBA Programs and 4 Diversity Partners.
The winning solution was created by the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (below). The team recommended that WWP improve data on members through an adaptive survey, and increase engagement with an SMS platform. Implemented together, these two solutions will drive increased warrior engagement and enable WWP to exceed the engagement goals in its 2018-2022 Strategic Plan.
Congratulations to Andy Furbush, Fox Herron, and Emmeline Cardozo (left to right) for taking first place in the 2017-2018 Accenture Innovation Challenge!
Thanks to all of our finalist and judges for making this year’s competition a success!
