Tracey Seward
Accenture Strategy Offering Development Director Chicago
2015

"My passion for Diversity and Inclusion continues… I became the North America Interfaith ERG lead, sponsoring religious diversity in our workplace. Another favorite career milestone happened this year as I was asked to be the Master of Ceremonies at the Chicago International Women’s Day event."

2013

"Expanding my diversity passion, this year was my second year to mentor a CEO participating in Accenture’s Diverse Supplier program. A rewarding experience for me, leveraging my experience and network to drive exponential growth in diverse owned businesses."

2011

"Offering Development continued to scale across Management Consulting and into Accenture Analytics, Accenture Interactive, and Mobility. I was also part of firm’s offering architecture simplification program led by Shawn Collinson, resulting in the launch of the Industry and Function Business Services."

2009

"I had another dream…. And ultimately created and launched a new business inside of Accenture, the Management Consulting global Offering Development organization, with the support of our then Chief Operating Officer. This year was also the beginning of my continued sponsorship of a number of Skills to Succeed projects at the Chicago-based company, The Cara Program."

2007

"I was promoted to Managing Director. I was also asked to coach a Consulting team in the Accenture Leadership Development Program, where the team focused their efforts on developing the employee value proposition for management consulting professionals."

2006

"I was nominated to participate in Accenture’s Leadership Development Program, one of my favorite and formidable Accenture experiences. Also involved in extensive Post Merger Integration activities of a major Accenture SAP Human Capital acquisition."

2003

"Working closely with the Accenture Learning leadership team, I pitched and championed an idea to create a new Accenture content management shared services organization, to be leveraged internally as well as with our clients."

2000

"After realizing my continued passion for the people and project work @Accenture, I returned as a manager, leading a team in the Talent & Organization space in the areas of business development, offering and capability building, and knowledge management. We created one of the first call/proposal support centers at the firm."

1995

"A low point in my career, I decided to leave after my first child was born due to his health challenges and my inability to be ‘on the road’ full time. I had a dream…. within two weeks of my departure, I created a start-up company with several employees, focused on management Consulting projects."

1993

"I began my career as an experienced analyst within Technology Consulting, focused on Oil & Gas clients. Cobol programming – not my favorite! One of my early memorable projects was with the CIO organization developing this new thing called the “Knowledge Xchange,” which is now the central location for content, community and knowledge sharing among Accenture employees."
